Junk Yard Find

I went to the junk yard today to pick up some parts for my Cadillac 472 and found what looks like a pretty cool part to put on it.
If I wasn't on a mission, I'd have got more pics. It looked to be in pretty good shape.

 

Looks like good sheet metal but a man would go broke with the amount of chrome plating to be done. HRP

 

??? Are we supposed to guess what the "cool part" is by looking at the picture???

 

...or is the car the cool part to go with your engine?

 

Just attach the whole car to the engine.

 

10-4. In that case, I agree with HRP, that's a TON of chrome to replate! Can you say... Budget Blown!

Not if you make a gasser out of it.

 

Nah, make a custom out of it, and strip off the trim. You could sell that and make back the cost of the carcass, I'd bet.

 

Wow, I see all kinds of cool parts on that Caddy!!! I like that overrider on the front bumper!!! It's a same to see that in the junkyard!
