I'm so glad to see that all the B.S. hasn't driven you to some deserted spot in the woods.
You, and Linda, and Shirley are icons in drag racing, and we wouldn't blame you if some day you said "enough is enough". Thanks for being a great ambassador.

Nice photo of Pam taken by Mike McCormick and copied from BangShift.com...
I saw her a few years ago in Worcester Ma., at the yearly Hot-Rod Nationals show located in Green Hill Park....She was signing autographs. I wanted to ask her if she ever got married and what her life has been like, but didn't feel that I should pry into her personal life.
I used to work with a gal that played in a band with her boyfriend, they went out and had a lot of great times, they were soul mate. Unfortunately he died young and at 21, she never got over it. She is now 60 and still lives with her mom and in all those following years, she never had another serious relationship.
borrowed from f/b to bump this great thread up. sorry if they've been posted. just makes it twice as nice to look at!
all photo credits to said photographers.

Those Lindskog Balancing T-shirts (white shirt, black seal balancing a ball logo) show up in surprising places. For a few years one of the columns in Car and Driver had a picture of Jean Lindamood wearing one.
You're right,it is a great article. Read it a few days ago.
I saw her and Jungle Jim at OCIR in 72.(?)
She gets prettier every year.
Thanks for coming here and spending time with us Pam.
i was in my 20s then and thought she was beautiful in a natural way--most girls had that natural look back then. she was no "barbie doll." and, i don't recall her style of shorts referred to as "dazzy dukes" we called 'em "hot pants!"
i wonder how many folks on here know Jean Lindamood - I've raced against her ....
Hot pants and Go-Go boots thats hot!
Was it her column?
I see Pam every year at the MM and CHRR. She's a nice and gracious lady! You can catch her at 1000 ft! Say hi to her.
