i am looking for pictures of this car. its a 1955 chevy 2door hardtop, it had jolly roger and skull and crossbones on the car in gold metal flake. the car was blue and had magnum racing engines on the quarter panels. had a tilt nose, i bought the car and would like some history and pictures of it. the orignal builder lost these things in a fire. PLEASE HELP!! CAR WAS OUT OF MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN. THANKS
If you want pictures and info on the car, start by taking some pictures of it to post here, and giving us a bit more info. Hard to dig up any history and old pics of a car with 4 lines of description and no current pics.
Jesse, The name you mention rings a bell. Not sure 100% if there are any photos of the car in my album, but there ARE almost 9,000 images of tri-five gasser style chevs in the gasser files (and some street freaks, super stockers and "wanna be's" thrown in...) thanks low budget, go to the link low budget posted the pictures are there, and pictures have been posted on 3 different threads already. when i posted the pics before they didnt help and if someone has pics of the car they will know it by name. thanks again for everyones help.
I swear i saw that car in some little mags, I think it musta been late 50's or early 60's car speed and style or rod and custom, I'll look for it and let ya know if i find anything
jesse i sent you info . about the jolly roger , i knew the guy who had it back in the 70,s , ran it at union grove,wi , if this is the same car it was marina blue , blue plexi side windows , roger b. ,lived in west bend ... it was a beautiful car , if my memory is right the lettering was gold leaf .... roger sold the car because of divorce .......................
yeah, it was a early 60s race car , it was built in 1962. thanks for the help, look forward to hearing from you
