Have I said Dayuum Yet...:D...I have Now...

This isn't even done yet but if there was a sequel to the California Kid this would be a contender for the next Nasty Rumbler to come on into Town to straighten out some injustice upon minor offenders...;)

Not only that they would't have to sub or hide anything...to make it fit period...

  10. Alright, enough is enough! If this isn't a cover car then I will have to stop buying magazines.

Jerry first off the Hotrods really jawdroppingly coming together...

I asked you a while back about the etched headlight (I Think...) and you said you went with another style...those would be Guide#? Just curious as I am considering a change myself.

Again high fives on your build...to date...All of it...My front row seats are delivering every visit...;)

Went with aftermarket guide style lights. Purchased really nice repop tags from someone on here and put them on top.

I would be a little leery about plastic coverings with your fresh paint. They can "Stick" to new paint and leave "wrinkled cloth" type marring on the paint sometimes faint noticed only by close inspection but other times noticeable. Yep happened to me. Cloth would be better but that too can leave traces depending on how long it lays on the paint.

Finished up the plumbing tonight for the oil lines and re-routed some of the fuel hardlines so everything is hidden under the intake. I've had these Wittek clamps for a few years that I got from Rory@zephyrspeed . Nice to finally use them. IMG_20190508_231241_775.jpeg IMG_20190508_231241_780.jpeg IMG_20190508_231241_774.jpeg

Got the roof insert carefully back into place. It was an English wheeled panel with studs welded on the back. It was trimmed so when installed with the fabric, everything would be a flush fit. Had fingers crossed that it would fit cleanly again after paint and getting upholstered....but it fit's really nice.
