  1. Wow what a great weekend. This show really is the standard for a class act car show that is like the way they used to be on the east coast and else where. I really felt privilged having an inside invite to the show. It was great to see all the awesome cars and a bunch of old friends. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the group and we'll be back next year.
Theres a bunch of pictures on the link below enjoy.

  2. :) Great to meet you too hotrod man 2000!:p Yep we made it home in pretty good time...dispite taking a wrong turn and going on the upside of 695:p
Really liked your car, and especially that you got an award for that
    shift knob:D
Although it was hard to have a spectacular time. we did enjoy the day. Cannot say enough about Carl Schinner and the job he did for
our car....Also his buddy Gary Manley who loaned tools and nuts and
bolts to fix the shifter, as well as the carb needle. What a great bunch
of guys loaning things to help Gary complete his work on the '31.;)
Sincere thanks to all involved at the show who offered help to us,
or loaned us the items we needed:D And Thanks for asking hrm2000!
Hope to meet up again soon and share shoptalk:rolleyes:
    Sandy:p
Woody will probably post some pics to this thread later

I really wanted to go down there this year.....I had it on my cal. and everything -----probally looking at a 6 hour ride down, but then life got in the way...love the so rare car and that black 33??? chebby....

its gonna be a long cold winter up here.....

  8. Eightyduece....ummm, I parked on the hill way up in the back....so what.
Hey, maybe you are being a little critical and thats ok I guess. But it's kind of a cheap shot to when the real sell is that it is as close to an old style hotrod show as your gonna find in our back yard. And more importantly, that all the $$ raised goes to charity!!
Who really cares what you bring and where you park.

I would like to thank Mike and the folks who put on a great show, and wish Mike a speedy recovery..Looking forward to next year

  10. We had a great time. Vending area was nice and met some great people (except for that smart ass kid who thought rebuilt Strom 97's are worth $100.00 each).

To that kid, Good Luck finding your Stroms for your 6 deuce setup. Trust me $600 ain't going to get it done!
