Anyone going to JALOPYRAMA in MD on the 23rd? I plan on driving my '51 with the old race boat behind and could use the company. Will be coming from Winchester, VA by whatever way is easiest (not thru DC !).

Hey Old skool 51 If you come thru Fredericksburg you can meet up with me . I will be meeting some fellow HAMBERS in Dalghen and going up 301 to the show.
  11. i feel like im missin all the good shit this year... work again :(
  12. We are going (if the weather is good). Best way from Winchester:

Route 7 east, to the Greenway (at Leesburg) Greenway turns into the Dulles Access Road take to I-495. Take 495 north towards Silver Springs (the inner loop on the northside of DC). to 50 east. Did the trip in less than 2 hours, but you have to pay some tolls.

I was talking to a friend about going to his place to pick up an A-100 pick-up and I might do a double duty and take the Model A and show up for a while.

I wanna go so bad I can taste it. I have so much to do around here though I am not sure a 10 hour drive is necessarily the smartest thing to do.

I'll be inside with my barnfind 32 coupe and my old green model A roadster. Please stop by and say hello.
  23. Jeffrey, if you have that much to do, you're probably not going to get it all done in 10 hours, so come on down and join the fun. That stuff will still be there when you get back. If you really don't think the ride is worth it, BWI Airport is only 20-30 mins away on major highways. Sure wud hate for you to miss out on all the fun, hot rods, prizes, good food, and friendly folks. Hope to see you there one way or another.
  24. Beef-a-lo Bob's roast beef sandwiches, Dangerously Delicious pies, great folks, beautiful weather and oh yeah, some of the finest traditional hot rods and customs anywhere. Come on north Jeffrey, you know you'll regret it if you don't....Don.....p.s. All for some very good causes as well.

You're right. But it's 10hrs there 10 back and 10 for having fun so it's definitely a good amount. And pretty much everything that I have to do is on my '35 and some shelves in the baby's room so it can wait I guess. But then I have a friends Wake on Friday night so I wouldn't be leaving until around 9 pm that night. That would be a hell of a drive!!!!
