I've got another stupid question

what is the rear end gear ratio in 53-54 belairs? and what rear end is it?
i've heard that they are a 7.5 inch with 4.10:1 but i can't confirm it anywhere that i've found. also, does it make any difference if it a manual or powerglide...other than the transmission gearing?
if its painfully obvious i can deal with a couple of D"OH!'s and a bop on the back of the the head if necessary.

 

i know the manual three speeds were 411:1 and I think the glides were 376 or something like that. Lee

 

3 speed had 3.70 gears, powerglide had 3.55

it's a 49-54 chevy car rearend...the ring gear size doesn't really matter if you're shopping for parts, because nothing else fits
