I've had my 40 for 25 years this weekend .
I was 12 when I got it (I'm 37 now). It's been on the road for 16 years this weekend.
Wow, looking at those numbers seems strange. I don't know which amazes me more...that I've had that car 25 years, or that I'm already 37!
P.S. It's never wore a hood in those 16 years!

Owned my '57 Nomad since '68... TxRat drove it to high school in the '80s. He was still in his Mom's belly when I brought the car home.
