Hey @Lloyd's paint & glass tell Ashley I got a lot of compliments on the seats and a few no way that was the first set she did!

Also I’ll hijack my own thread…this happened Saturday.

 

Pulled the old engine out in preparation for installation of the engine that is rebuilt. Should make a little more power.

 

The engine tried to escape? What the hell man?

 

It’s tired and leaks a lot and I had the urge to put the new one in…

Another 360 is going back in, nothing crazy, should be about 9.5:1 and a little bit bigger camshaft then stock. Just all rebuilt, students and I built the engine last year at work.

Hey Lane, she finished the other side, seen the error of her way, and told me she's not sending that first one. She ordered more material to do the first one over again. She ordered an extra yard for your armrests also. She said to tell you she'll redo the other one as soon as the vinyl gets here and get them in the mail.

 

The second one looks much better. And she said there's no way she is sending the first one to you lol. Both pictures above are of the 2nd panel

Is that hood supposed to open that wide? I hope so as I wish all vehicles did that for ease of working on them. "Open wide and say aaahhhh..."

 

yes it’s a factory feature to allow easy service work. No removing hood to remove engine!
