Well she's in the shop and all mine.1955 Lincoln Capri two door coup.I ask the other day in another thread what it might be worth, but had no pic's. Take a look and tell me what ya think. Any thoughts on what would be the safest most practical way to lower her a few inches would be helpful

I may be crazy but I think it would be between $18,000 to $22,000. Can tell from the pics but it looks pretty perfect.

On the lowering I just used blocks in the back and cut the springs in the front.

Very nice. I would suggest buying new springs in front and lowering blocks in the rear, assuming leaf springs in the rear. I just did the same thing to a near stock Buick of similar color. Although I had to rebuild the front suspension at the same time.

I'd take those wheels and ramps from under her. That'll bring her down a bit.

http://eatonsprings.com/ go there, they can build you lowering springs from the original lincoln blueprints. mary kay is 2 nice to use lowering blocks and a cutting torch on her fronts.
