    Those were a popular swap in that model of Ford back when there were lots of both around. One of those "custom changes" that is an improvement rather than just a change for the sake of change.

    It's a real nice touch.
    I'm thinking of a way to incorporate a 47 Caddy grille in my 46 Pontiac.
