Is any history of these wheels known?

    They're Borlem NE which if I trust googled results means http://www.hayes-lemmerz.com/ is the maker.

    Any other bits of info? Were they available through normal speed shops? Date codes make sense to anyone?

    They're 0 offset 14x7 and the pattern is too small for 4.75" pattern rotors. I assumed they were 4.25 / 4.5 and had it stuck in my head that small chrysler was 4.25", not 4.00" but I digress.

    14s sure are light compared to larger stuff.
