The extra shots of the black T are greatly appreciated! I keep planning to come back and contribute, but life keeps getting in the way. Anyway, I figure as I am from the greater Vancouver area, I should post some shots of Vancouver based cars, starting off with one of my favorites, Gary Coopers T. This car was featured in Hot Rod as well, after it was re-painted.

 

Some really famous cars here. Hope these havent already been posted.

 

Not sure if the T is to everyones taste, but the desoto powered full-fendered deuce sure is nice.

 

Check out the drag link/pittman arm on the tub. Bet that had some "interesting" handling characteristics.

Interesting to compare the performance between the six and the eight. Surprising to see that the six is quicker in the qtr. mile! Despite this, back in the day, sixes were considered very uncool. A buddy of mine in high school inherited his uncle's 19,000 original miles "53 Ford six. He was too embarrased to drive such an "uncool car", and his parents wouldn't let him hop it up so he intentionally blew up the engine and had to get a new motor. So he dropped in a 389 Pontiac!
