Technical installing door glass in a 37 Ford PU

I'm to the point of putting my glass in my 37 Ford. Would love some good pointers in completing this task. I have the window regulator assembly and the new weather stripping in the door and have cut a template out of cardboard. I piddled with it a couple of hours last night but am needing some help. Any suggestions?? thanks
