yep that's definately a teaser from all the talent cruising around there yesterday.

  15. This was a cool show. I was parked and hung around the Sin City stage, where the country-rock bands were. I guess all the HAMBers were at the punk rock stage, as I didn't see many of them. I saw Bad Bob, but he's everywhere. IMO, this was a great show for music, Mike Stinson, Dead Rock West, the Hacienda Bros and Dave Alvin and his Guilty Men put on a great show. I missed Jr Brown because it looked like the fog was rolling in and I don't have wipers. Thanks for the pics, BB.

Jr. Brown always rocks! Would have been good to see him!

Anyone see Lonesome Spurs? How was the music on Sunday? Was it... spooky?:D

  17. Lonesome Spurs? The duo with the metal guitars and suitcase amps and the guy wears a cowboy taco hat? They were pretty good too.

    That's the ones.

  20. The Sin City stage was great! And I thank the bands for bringing such a good show to a stupidly small crowd. At times there were only 10 or 15 people in front of the bandstand, but they played like they were at a bigtime festival. My hat's off to the music promoters for this. LA country music is as good as anyplace's...
