The Eliminator was a no sale at $140k. Sadly, the announcers apparently had no clue as to the history of the car, Duffy Livingstone,the Go Kart logo on the hood, the So Cal restoration, Brock Yate's book about the car, etc. How many know Duffy called it the Tihsepa Special, and the story behind it. They were too interested in the fact that Wayne Carini was driving it. Sad....
