Hot Rods Information needed about a white Peterbilt Rod from Florida

    I saw this Peterbilt Rod at the Southeast Street Rod Nationals in Tampa/Fl. I had spoken to the owner and he explaint me waht he had modified. But I can't remember what he told me about the model year, engine type etc. :confused:The car had a Florida linsense plate.

    Does somebady in the HAMB has some more information about this rod. May be the owner is part of the HAMB

  2. It looks like it might have been based on a Model 359. Those were built from 1967-1987. The 379 to current 388 cab is very similar if you wanted to try to build something similar. The cab construction is very easy to disassemble. The cabs doors and roof are all aluminum. The builder also narrowed the grille shell.
