info on this car

does anyone know any details of this car or if the owner is a hamber.i came across it the other day and wanted some more pics/info on it,thanks

 

i dont think the owner is a hamber? at least i hope not. iv seen it on the board acouple times but its always just an example of what not to do.

 

why not,i think its pretty cool.probably a pain in the ass to get in,not to mention a death trap.
