Technical Info on 5 carb V-8 intake - maybe Olds?

    Years ago, I think it was here on the HAMB, there was a picture and some discussion on a 5x2 intake manifold. All were 2 barrels, one in the center as a normal one would be, then 4 more, each one over the intake ports as in a normal 4X2 intake.

    I think it was for an Oldsmobile. At the time I saved a picture but that was 10 or more computers ago, no chance of finding it.

    Does anyone else remember this and what is was used on - if it ever saw production or was it strictly experimental?

    Or, am I hallucinating?

  6. So, by now we have seen 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 carbs on a V-8. Who's up for trying 7?
