In Search of a 'Poor Boy'!

Is 'Dave' from the Sacramento chapter of the Poor Boys on the HAMB?
I was cruising their website and came across some shots of his killa '54 Pontiac with the roof hacked off - its virtually exactly like my chief' and I had some structural questions to bother him with....thanks.
