Well here goes.My name is Clif , gotta wife three kids and work as a chef.live in northern michigan so between my busy season and crap weather this is a pseudo full time hobby .i started like alot a guys choppin up bycicles then minibikes and then cars and now . . . well , still into it.i've been a peeping tom here for a while and was tired of being the pervert so , hope you can find a spot for me.I have 66 polara that i,ve had for a while and a 50 tudor that i finally am starting to work on.the ford has a flat 6 in it (beast) and i'm planning on keeping it .So the car will get lowered and rattle canned to death while I look for speed parts that i can afford(budgets , ya know ) . I'll try to post some pics here for everyone to see. thanx guys .

Welcome Clif. Do you know Levi Classics? He's from Traverse City. He's coming down to Midland this Sat. for the big HAMB thrash.
Hope we can meet up soon, always good to have more Michiganders on board.

I LOVE polara's, would really like to build a super stocker outta one one of these days. Hell that 50 looks pretty nice, just lower the front a bit and drive that bitch(great choice in wheels to).

i like the 50, but like greasy said, lower it. i like em real low, but then again most people that know me think i am wierd. even looks good without the whole grill there, but i would probally put a bumper on it, maybe set the bumper a little lower. keep us posted with progress. oh yeah, and welcome.

What's up with your username, SWAZZIE?

That sounds like a real dick name to me.
    Correct me if I'm wrong.

  16. Looks like you got a good handle on the car thing. A boat to drive and a shoebox to play with.
At least that's the way its always worked in my house.
    Welcome,

    you got it dusty,

Let see, it all started when I was playing the skins in a bunch of swing bands,(still do) and people would call me Krupa as in Gene Krupa (one of my fav drummers).

I started using krupanut, as in nuts about Gene Krupa, as a login name at work, on drum message boards and such.

So when I singed up on the HAMB I used the same old username I use everywhere.
    The End.
