Either one of my parents - lost my Dad when he was 10 years younger than I am now - I have missed him for a long time. Both were very special to our whole family.

My parents are still around, though I still plan on taking the old man for a cruise once the bucket is finished.

But my choice would probably be the Dalai Lama. I don't know why but every time I see him he seems to be having a great time.

I'd go for a drive with Hernan Cortez, I'd tell him that Kirk went back in time and the cats out of the bag so these dudes are not gonna believe you are gods. For a 50/50 cut I'll show you where he told Monte to bury a big sack of gold for him so he could come back in a time machine. I would then have a meeting with Monte and ask him about his Montezuma Gold, sign a production contract with him, I would go see the Pope in Rome and turn him on to this great new cigarette that makes you feel all happy and generous and tell him that I would cut him a deal on endorsement, Rome could have a third. Me, Monte and the Pope would be the three richest and most powerful men in the world and today you would be able to buy my products in any vending machine.

Don't worry Kirk, I'll get you a set of keys to the vending machines. Why do you think JP 2 was always smiling.

Having a beer or two with Steve McQueen and Ronnie Vanzant while cruising the strip would be the best time I could imagine. Two of the coolest.

  19. Today, it would have to be Henry Ford, aka King Henry V8, in honor of his 147th birthday. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks to you wherever you are, Henry.

It have to be my dad so I could ask him how the hell he dropped the 318 into his '57 pickup and then hooked up the exhaust because I'm having a mother of a time getting it all apart to switch out the heads.

Well if I wasn't married I'd say Samantha Brown. She's pretty hot and knows all the cool places to go...

But I have a feeling you didn't mean that kind of cruise...

Yeah, with Dad---in the 40. He'd have plenty to say about how i squandered the inheritance he left me. Think of him every day--
