Technical Identifying 16” hubcaps

Curious if anyone has any info on these caps. They are 16”. Said to be early and NOS. Almost look like rv caps but haven’t seen any moon caps like this for an Rv. Any help appreciated. Thanks

My bet is these are aftermarket types available through Bell Auto Parts? Western Auto Supply?

 

The valve stem hole suggests RV or 16.5" truck.

 

There off a dodge , pick any year any model , car , truck whatever.

it’s always a dang dodge .

 

They do pop on a 40 ford rim.

 

I agree that the valve stem hole implies some kind of large vehicle application, but I really do like them. On the right car, they could really work. Never saw one of these myself but I'll bump it back up in case more info emerges.
