Another part I found at my dads place; looks like 1/2 of an I6 system?

    Any ideas?

    OAM,

The "MOWOG" stands for Morris Wolesley MG, more or less. Very British. It may be a manifold off of an A-series four banger since the middle cylinders share an exhaust port, similar to a flathead V8. To make it work better, the center branch was kept separate from the outer cylinders as long as possible, ie "long center branch" exhaust on cars like the original Mini.
