Technical identify this grill

  2. Looks like a '34. '34 grille bars are straight, '33 curves outward at bottom.

    Looking up the Citrons it looks like they slightly changed the grill over the years by rearranging the bars and with what they chromed or didn't chrome. I'd say that is what it started out as though.

    In that condition and not being a North American car therefore not very desirable here and that is just my assumption not to much 50-150 from this Canadian Picker who doesn't want one or need one. It needs a lot of work to be presentable.

    Anything that looks close to a 34 Ford grille should bring at least 250-300 at a swapmeet. Anybody building a fenderless Hot Rod would snatch it up. And should. Because someone would buy it without hesitation.

    I will say it is interesting how closely it resembles a 34 grille as Stanlow said and as 48 said they carried on in a very similar way for years. Ya wonder if there was anybody eavesdropping on a designer party somewhere many moons ago...
