I picked up this light in a Local antique store yesterday...The owner said it was form an old car but had no clue what kind...Its brass and heavy and has the letter "B" on the inside of it...What is it? I got this grille shell out of a field an old guy told me there were about 10 model As and Ts there.....But i got there and they were all gone you can see where the were sitting all I found were some wheels and this grille shell...The grille is 17" wide at the bottom and crushed at the top...I was told it is a 33-34 chevy....What is it? I also found this carb in a junkyard....Its a carter BBR-1...Is it any good? and what did it come on? Thanks alot ...Metalflaked60
That looks like a fender light from the 1920's, could be off any mid size to large car from that era. MG's used a fender light about this size up till 1956.
Under the linkage bracket thing the number is 6-568 and on the back of the square part the number is 0-562 with a big number 5 under it....Jamie
that carb is sort of a universal carb, evrything from a 37 stude to a 54 plymouth, and dodge, kits are cheap and it fits many applications,
