Technical identification of radiator support rod holders on fire wall

    look at these rod holders on the fire wall any clue what there from? not stock . Jack Calori Collection #20.jpg thanks billy

    Can't tell but it looks like he had the same ends and probably bushings on the front.

    In very late 35 and into 36 part of the production the holder and rods were changed. has nuts, washers and rubber bushing on the firewall side. Hard to tell from photo what was used.

    Not sure why you need those particular brackets or rods but they are simple to fabricate. All of the parts you need can be bought at most Ace Hardware stores. They stock the rubber bushings and lots of bracket parts. You can use threaded rod but I prefer to buy rod stock and run a die to cut a few inches of threads on each end.
