Technical ID this vintage mag wheel?

  1. 15 inch and looks like 4 1/2"X5, probably not worth much. Reads SIMS 1807-B on the back of one spoke.

Sure looks like the wheels built for Shelby by Cragar. There was also another aftermarket wheel built by Cragar with a very similar center, the GT plus, however on that one the aluminum face extended all the way out to cover the front of the steel rim.

  6. Okay, some research tells me this is a Shelby Cragar wheel, the number is actually S1MS 1007 B.

And I was right, probably not worth much, someone has the tooling and still makes them, $450 a set.

    Thanks guys -

  7. Huh, who knew. I chucked it on eBay since Mustang stuff is O/T for here. Paid $5 for it, figured if I got $25 I'd be happy. A guy hit Buy It Now an hour or so later for $100.
