This has been floating around the interweb for yrs. I'm guessing its a Chrysler product, early 50's.

 

47-48 gm , could be Pontiac ....

 

looks a lot like a 48 chevy, what makes it not a chevy?

 

It is a 47-48 Chevy 4dr Fleetline

 

Looks like a Chevy Fleetline 4 door sedan, sometimes referred to as a "German Helmet", although the one pictured looks like they painted over the top of the fender strips.
