Any help identifying what type of vehicle these wheels came from would be appreciated They are 16" x 4 1/2" with 5 on 5" bolt pattern The unique identifiers might be the 3 (instead of 5) hubcap clips and how the center section is riveted to the rim. Thanks in advance for any help. Phred
Super deep backspacing & what appears to be an original 3-pinstripe paint scheme. Somebody'll know... Bumpin' it for ya...
Studebaker pickups used the 5 on 5 pattern w/16" wheels also.....but the ones I have seen(50's) don't look like that or use that style hubcap clip. Maybe an earlier style?
Id like to know as well, I have 2 of them that I picked up a while ago thinking they were Lincoln wheels, until I measured the bolt pattern. I had a friend that used to restore Cadillac's tell me that he thought they were early 40s caddy wheels.
I found this, maybe it will help. https://www.cokertire.com/blog/wheel-bolt-pattern-101/ Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
