Technical ID these a frames please

    i am thinking possibly Studebaker because of the lower pivot arrangement. I have one on the lift in my shop currently. Will look at it tomorrow and post again. The brackets at the inner ends are not OEM in my opinion. Look fabricated.

    Here are some pics I took today. 1960 Lark and I also have a ‘56 Hawk in the shop.
    Studebakers from ‘51 thru ‘64 share a common front suspension. The pics you posted show a very similar outer pivot pin and kingpin to those posted above. Similar, but not the same. They might be an earlier year model Studebaker or another brand that utilized similar design features. They are not GM, Ford or Mopar, but if American, possibly one of the so-called ‘Independents’.
