ID Help Jalopyrama Trophy Winner 37 Ford Cpe

Enclosed is a picture of a '37 Ford coupe racer that won an award at the recent Jalopyrama. The only problem is that he left early, and we do not know who owns the car. Can anyone help?

Beats me Clark. I just noticed he has the proper set of decals (including Rod 'n Race) to be in the ECG...so it was pretty easy to look him up. Frank said he also owns the old CHEVOOM funny car which he's had for a dozen years and never done anything with it.

 

It's gotta be the same guy.
