I would like to thank every one here, I am an auto tech and have done some restorations and mods in the past but they have been mostly bolt on and HP mods I love installing big blocks where they don’t belong I have always let some one else do the welding and such for me in the past But now I work at shops that will do it all, and a Camaro came in (Sorry it was a 99 model) The radiator core support had rusted away and the radiator was falling out the bottom To get to the point, I welded in a core support from a local salvage yard Remembering the techniques from reading the posts here on the HAMB My boss came by when I was done and said “that’s a dame good job” Again thanks to every one who has posted, and explained how and why they do things the way they do It goes to show that a old dog can learn a new trick
