He should be able?...longtime member with 150+ posts? OP...go to the classified section you want, the upper left hand corner...do "post new thread"? I think it is...now if you are trying to reply to a thread...no can do...PM the thread poster and start a conversation.

If you are trying to post on somebody's ad , you can't. You must send a private message to the original poster instead
APP doesn’t work to post brand new ads. Use a PC or your browser. If you are trying to reply to someone else’s ad- you can’t. You send them a private conversation. It’s all in the classified sections instructions.
