I found this site by accident,and it talks about early Kodachrome pictures.. Look at some of the colors of the cars in the background,especially the Maroon coupe which is brand new in that pic..

Read somewhere that Kodak is shutting down the Kodachrome production facility. Apparently demand has dropped off since digital cameras became popular.

There are apparently a few others making similar products for the time being, but in a lot of ways, it's the end of yet another era.

Kodak stopped making it a while back and I think there is only one lab left in the country that will process it, and they are going to stop at the end of the year. So, if you hav any Kodachrome hangin' out you better start shooting it!
