As far as the F.I...., place the shut-off after the pump..., This will retain some back pressure of fuel for the next restart!

Before releasing the back pressure of fuel to the engine..., just start turning the engine over then release the fuel shut-off and you should get enough of a squirt to start the engine with out spray bottle primering. Or as we call it..., "Molitov Cocktail" starts!

When it comes to Magneto's..., I don't know "Shit" except to sell them to collectors and replace them with a MSD!
