I spotted this while passing by. Can anyone verify the year?

I'm guessing 38 or 39. Can anyone confirm or give a bit of insight into this particular model. The owner "got it from a guy who got it from a guy who got it from a dead uncle." He claims to know nothing about the vehicle other than its a Chevy. I'm not too familiar with these year Chevys. I'm hoping that some of you more knowledgable folks can shed some light based on the pics. Thanks.

Yep, a '37, looks like a two door sedan. Doesn't look half bad condition either, although the fresh white primer scares me a little.

It's on Sierra Hwy in Acton. About a mile past Santiago Rd.

Cool to see somebody else from the AV.

I wouldn't worry too much about the fresh primer. It looks pretty solid but I'd take a closer look at it. What are they asking for it?

I just moved to Vegas from Simi Valley. Did a lot of work in that area (Sierra Highway/Santiago Rd).

I was wondering where that was. I have a car I bought sitting in Acton, as soon as I get some tires on it, and a place to park it it's coming home. Anyhow, I bet that chevy is full of rat shit and nest, my car is, it's gonna take weeks to clean that out. The wild desert animals are hard on friggin cars it seems...

I'd scoop rat-shit out bare-handed for the right price.... I've done it before
