never seen one, so it's most likely a one off custom job. 4 door crew cabs were made by some conversion companies in the 60s

Its definatley a custom! Ford didn't make a extended or club cab until 73 or 74, Ford built there own crew cabs starting in 65 and they are hard to find in that body style! before that there were built by aftermaket companies. I did see a truck like this at the Porland swap meat, but it was years ago!

A good friend of mine built one very similar to this. His conversion made for one very comfortable truck and he still owns it today. When asked about it, he tells everyone it's a rare Southwestern Bell telephone company truck. Everyone believes him until he tells them he actually built it.

good catch on the frame, probably a late 70s?

The proportions are good, which means you can't fit a back seat in it

No i am not gonna buy it holding out for a crewcab...

  12. Nope, that's a 61-64 F100 frame with a Volare' K-member and it's been C-notched in the rear. Axle flipped to the top of the springs and notice the custom door handles too.

Looks to me a custom truck built 15-20 years ago that either never got finished or got neglected.

Elpolacko nailed it.. talked to the owner yesterday cory, has all the sheet metal and choice of a step or fleetside bed, i think it even comes with a engine. it was a custom project built long ago, think they were asking $1500 or $1700 for it. if anybody needs the phone number PM me...

Man I like the looks of that!! I would build that thing in a heartbeat! Rear window appears to be out of a 70's "super cab." Would be a cool ride for sure.:D

I can see the line at the back where they stretched the cab! It's custom built by someone!

Sorry I was off by a couple years!! 1975 was the first year club cab! I just looked in my original 1975 sales brochure "New for 75 Ford super cab"
