Lake pipe (?) wing nuts with fine thread bolts.
Anyone have a source? I have two of these, need to get two more, or 4 new matching ones.

These are alot heavier than a VC wing nut. These are 3/8 fine thread bolts I believe, and about 3" across....

If you cant find any one that sells them. If we can find someone to cast some out of alum I can drill and tap them for a stud and face off the end for ya.

Thanks Bret. I am really looking all over. Maybe a few swap meets will produce a few of these...

Anyone that comes across a few, let me know. Thanks,

Have you been through the McMaster-Carr catalog? You may be able to find something in Stainless that is similar, wouldn't need plated. They may be a little more industrial looking.

I have three of those , but I'm using 2 of them to hold my headlight onto my bike . You can have the last one if you want ? It will get you half way where you need to be .

I've got some with 3/8-24 thread, and the span from tip to tip on the wing is 2 5/8 inches. They're N.O.S., four to a bag, for $25 plus shipping, if you can use them.
