In all seriousness, I'd like to see one of you guys do a quick home-made video on doing a basic patch panel, the correct way. Not for ball busting and nitpicking, but to enlighten and teach newbies like me (just got a MIG flux/gas welder tonight). Or maybe somebody has, and can post a link?

Yep, shame on me, for not understanding that (apparently) some people have a hard time taking a joke. Thanks, LOWCAB & oldgoalie, for bringing that up by asking the simple straight-forward question, and not getting all hoity-toity.

Absent the legal implicatins, it would have been more fun to continue posing as Al. What a few people on HAMB think about it's use (Bondo) don't faze me one iota. Yep, it's a bandaid. Nope, I didn't quit using bandaids, depends on the characteristics of the injury. Maybe 3M would hire me to make an updated video~!!

i've seen my Mom do a similiar "restoration"on My dad's suburban,but used great stuff foam filler for the really big holes...i walked up to her and said WTF!!!?? "do you want me to fix that the right way,you know they make replacement panels for the suburban"...she just said "Naw,this'll work for now."Holy shit i thought,i cried as i walked away..
