    Drove 2 hrs with my new windshield (second attempt) to the waterjet guy and of course it broke. I put lexan back in it and drove the shit outta it this weekend. I ran out of gas and got a speeding ticket but still had a smile on my face.Im still trying to save up enough money for the side glass and some carpet before the Roundup. I also took my 2 little pride and joys on a ride and they loved it! What a great weekend

    sucks about your windshield.my buddy and i have done several ourselves and not broke,useing a small sandblaster.used tomestone tape for a crisp line and duct taped the rest.i was freakin out the first time but my bud breezes threw them now

    Have you tried an angle grinder and a diamond blade on the glass yet? It worked for HAMB'r Hotdamn !

    I am kinda late reading this post, but i know how you felt seeing your new paint. I haven't had a painted car for a few years, i was just doing the suede look as it is more in my budget.
    Anyway, i am bringing home my latest project tomorrow from being painted, haven't seen the final result of all those weeks of prep work yet. I am excited to finally have a painted car for a change, can`t wait to see it tomorrow all done.
