Until around 2pm when I heard the new modified callin'!!! It doesn't help when you gotta walk past it to use the bandsaw... So, I finally gave up and swung the engine and tranny into place. The Flathead is officially the powerplant. Just started to fab motor mounts and ran outta supplies... Took about an hour and a half...does it qualify as a Death Rod yet??? Stitch

Oh...still have the 34 project....it's just on hold for a month or so. And the modified started life as a '17 Mitchell as near as we can tell. The 3b will still get finished, just a few months slower....Stitch

I knew there'd be a catch to any title that involved you doing actual upholstery work!!! Nice!

Ok, you are having too much fun. I'll be over in a few minutes to help you out...or about 12 hours or so. What's the back of the body going to be made from? Need a roof section from an '50's sedan..put the windshield side toward the bottom...narrow as needed. (idea property of enjenjo, inc.!). Hey, do you need your spare front axle back for it? If you do just let me know...I have the one I scored off the old gasser to use for my project....
