I have finally put my money where my mouth is and bought a traditional style rod. I have always had a passion for them but never had the money so have driven a succession of rodded british 60's saloons and the odd 50's american cruiser.
Having turned 30 I decided it was about time I bought a car I really wanted so I took out a loan and bought this....

It was built by Steve at Limeworks speedshop so I know it is well put together.
We found out we went to the same high school!
I just have to wait now for it to be shipped over here so that I can start to enjoy it. I can't wait...:D

That is NOT a hunk of shit. Nice truck dude, it's alot better making payments on that rather than a new Toyota Yaris. They sip gas you know.

Great truck! I think you are better off making payments and driving it now. You would spend the same ammount (or more) trying to build something that nice and it would take quite a while to get it done. Meanwhile, you are driving and enjoying something really cool! Happy birthday to you!

Errr yeah just a bit mate :) Would have loved it if I could have taken it to the hayride but will have to make do with the hot rod drags hopefully.
Had a pm from Mark about his parts. Not a problem.

P.S. Thanks for all the encouraging comments guys. Rest assured that although it is another rod leaving your shores, it is in good hands.
