Ok, here's what I got goin' and what I need. I got four cars i'm puting in the poll so far, so if anyone else wants there car to be put in the poll, by all means please post/send me a pic, my emails is: [email protected] and I will put it in the poll. I also need a good engine guy, for a Tech article, and a good body man (which there are obviously plenty of) for soem body tech stuff. Since I am also a pinstriper, I am not going to be conceited and feature my self Therefore i'm going to find a pinstriper for a feature. Spoggie, I just might use that illustrations idea swell. For the Traditionalists, yes there will be a section for you guys too. I'm thinking gasser for the first issue. It WILL be a quarterly production. As for advertising! The advertising will be done in full pages only. 20 pages total. Black and white pages will be $50.00, alliance members $35.00. A full color page will be $75.00 and $50.00 for alliance members. Ten black and white ads total, and ten color ads total.

Still looking for a few more cars to put in the poll! Got a great mix here as it is, put in a couple more to make it more interesting, primer is welcome, as long as it's custom!

Ya, I'd buy one. Dunno how you feel about sedans 1shot, but if my lowly homebuilt Biscayne fits into a "lowbrow" section, I'd throw you some pics. That last pic is the way the car came home...

I think you should define what type of customs (kustoms) you are looking for...is the four door sedan above a custom...or a kustom...??? Is Phat Caddy's a kustom...??? Is it the 'trad' style you're looking for...or is the 4-door 'custom' shown the 'new' style you'll feature...???

IMHO, defining what you will picture in your mag will determine who will buy it...

It's mostly going to be made up trad customs/kustoms with a section for the four door kind of kustoms like the biscayne, and it will have a section for the traditional rodders with drag car kind of stuff. Art features aswell.

Is this book open to all custom's or are you trying to keep it reduced to period style customs ? Are you goin for looks from the Barris book's or car culture deluxe customs? You know the ones..... lay frame, spiderwebs ,brass knuckles, shifters that rub the headliners etc. Just wondering what kind of customs you are talkin about.

 

40studedude pretty mych summed thaty part up, there will the "Kustoms" section which will dominate most of the magazine, and then I will have a small section for the "Customs". I'd rather not have spiderwebbing, and shifters rubbing the head liner, but that doesn't exclude cars that are in primer.

Here's some pix of an "in progress" build if you decide to include cars that are not yet finished.Clock started Jan 17, 2008 and still ticking . Hope the photos aren't inappropriate. Can send more if needed. Top chopped 2 1/2 in. Power windows and top work. There are a "kazillion" mods made to this car.

If possible, i'd need kind of a Tech Sheet on what's been done to your cars, KripFink sent me a tech sheet and that was just what I was looking for, I now have all of the information possible, so maybe if you could send me a list of the things that have been done to the cars since you've owned/built/or had them built that would be great.
