lurker here..signed up a while back..couldn't find passwrod and what not. Anyway..name is Matt....have a 65 c10 hiding from the snow in the garage...dumped out a bit, 327, orig paint CA truck... My dad got me into this stuff years ago..he was hot rodder back in the 60's. All of it rubbed off on me and my brother, lots of stories and old mags around the house...but we ended up doing VWs for years..all years and all kinds. My bro runs a shop doing VW work here in Madison (Ben's vee-dub shop)...but I got bored with them, and have always had chevy trucks of some sort popping up here and there. I love traditional rods, kustoms, sleds, old trucks....huge fan of original paint...a little fade is good too. Anybody can restore..but its only orig paint once Here's a pic of the current project...

haha...the cold builds strength in will, soul, and constitution...at least that's the way I see it. Winter's also a great time to drink a lot of beer..which works out fine in my book
Hey, we have strength in will, soul, and constitution too. We had the good sense to fly south for the winter, and stayed for-ever, we have beer, brats, 55-57 kinds of german sausage here too. AND lots of Cheezeheads that moved south. Lucky667
