Howard's cams cam I.D. for 394 olds

    it would really be cool if someone here knew what the specs for a howards F-6 394 cam was.heres a pic.im not sure if its a roller or flat tappet or what.i would guess roller.
    any opinions.thanks

    hey,
    thanks for helping.that was going to be my next step.i thought id see if a hamber had a old catolog laying around or something.im wondering if the alum rod division might even be a better place to ask.they seem to have more of the vintage ties,and are at the same address.check out the website. http://www.howardsrods.com/
    theres a cool write up,and stuff in the links at the bottom of the page.maybe im the only one who didnt know they split in 2.thanks,
