Technical how to order from Pete & Jakes

So I've been on this site for about an hour now trying order some bushings, and I'm not seeing how to order parts through their site.

 

Did you try calling their 800 #? Maybe they don't take orders online. They are a nice bunch to deal with, always very helpful. I've always ordered over the phone from them.

 

I could but that involves talking to people
You can buy their coffee online. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

 

I think the only thing you can buy online is from their store - T-shirts, caps, etc.
Call 'em up - Jason will make sure you get what you need.

They only take orders over the phone or in person , it’s a quality control/ customer service thing. Saves a lot of people from buying stuff they didn’t need or from buying the wrong parts.

There’s no crazy call center, it goes straight to the guys.

 

Use the phone. People to people can't be beat. Besides it's traditional.
Excellent service from them.

Now a few months ago , I went on their website to get a catalog and it wouldn't go any further unless you typed in your phone number.

Every thing I received from P&J was right on cause we talked on the phone. The good thing is they know what they are talking about. The phone is a good thing...……..

 

Call 'em up and tell 'em what you need. Great folks to do business with, and they can answer your questions, too. And...they sell really good stuff that works. Old fashioned? Hell, yeah, and I like it!
