241 Red Ram hooked up to a Gyro-Torque semi-automatic in my survivor 53 Dodge Coronet convertible. Mopar hemis didn't come any smaller, nor Dodge hemis any older. :)

How about this one?? Belongs to a good friend of mine Steve Barcak. This is a Mickey Thompson Pontiac Hemi, blown, injected on gas, in a Hondo Flat bottom V drive!! Displaces 421 CI. Short video, make sure the sound is turnd up!!

  13. I wasn't aware that Dodge and Plymouth blocks shared the same intake manifold measurements and other critical mating characteristics. I thought the plymouth block was a bit longer than the Dodge.

The Plymouth 259/260 and 270 Poly are Dodge engines. All other Plymouth engines of the era are A series.

I've got a future project that is a '58 Chrysler 300 D coupe that was originally equipped with a Bendix Electrojector fuel injection system. Only about 21 copies left the factory, and all were recalled and retrofitted with a dual four barrel set-up.

    Eight total for me......
I have three 392 hemi's one blown gas/alky motor in my K.S. 33 Willys, one nitro burning one in my "Soul Survivor" coupe/dragster. I'm slowly putting together a blown 392 for my "Evil One" 1941 steel Willys gasser/street rod.
I have five 426 style hemi's... one steel stock stroke, stock bore that is going in my Boss Hydro 1933 Willys, we use a 526 Hemi (4.50 stroke, 4.310 bore) in my Screamin Eagle funny cars, (I have two of them, one to run, one just in case..lol) Also have a complete KB Stage III engine out of my Nitro Charger funny car. (4.250 stroke, 4.280 bore)...complete with a old Dan Capps 8-71 blower that came from Connie Kalitta.. and last but not least, I have a complete top fuel TFX (manifold to pan).... I've been gathering all the parts to put together...have everything now, so should be able to have together.

  27. Yeah, that's me. Very blessed to own it and to have rebuilt it. This is the only complete M/T HEMI Pontiac known to have survived. Bought it in '03 from the original owner who bought it from Mickey in '63. They ran the motor in gas classes in the mid 60s, in the late 60s, was put in a sand rail on fuel. In the early 70s put the motor in this new boat. Only used it a few times and it sat in a garage for decades.
Engine block is a factory Pontiac HEMI casting. One of a handful made. Heads are alum. Intake, front cover, pump extension, etc are all magnesium. I plan to take her out today for a little romp on the water.

Have other M/T HEMi heads but, this is a complete engine.

Building another Pontiac HEMI for my AA/FD too.
They will be on display in Phoenix at the Nostalgic Show & GO! April 3
