... Deep, deep South TX, as in I can see Mexico from my shop.

Been lurking the H.A.M.B. for several years and finally decided sign up. I see all the H.A.M.B.-ers at the Lone Star Roundup and thought to myself, that's a group of guys and gals I can relate to!

Being on the border I'm a little isolated down here and would mainly like to meet people and have a place to discuss traditional rods and kustoms, be inspired and develop some friendships.

Padre Island is very nice to hang out at in the off-season, gets very crowded here during spring break and holy week vacations.

 

How do, from Arizona. Been in your neck of the woods (desert) a time or two rolling 18 in a W900. Sure is a great site here to get quality answers, suggestion and so forth about the good ol iron.
