Why do you consider it dangerous? I just see two guys having their picture taken in an unfinished project. Graydon.jpg It's kinda like this shot of a grandson sitting in my T

    Possibly

  5. Sure do miss Fred's posts and feel sad he wasn't able to finish and enjoy the T he was building at the time he departed.

Still kinda neat that his T is still on Wikipedia's T bucket page.

Not sure if this should be classified as bucket…but for sure it’s a cool T! ( would like to see more pics, and any info)

Why aren’t more T’s like this being built? Looks like fun…starting with a rust free $700 body, and a pile of miscellaneous parts!

Where are these "rust free $700 bodies" you speak of located? I'll take one, for sure!

But damn, are they small! People must have been smaller in 1925. DSCN1353.JPG.jpg Sorry for the utter horror of a picture...

Getting there. I keep stealing ideas from all of the other guys building Ts, I'm becoming the master at plaigerizing others...

Saw this at the Zeeland Show and Shine. Someone posted a video on Facebook of him driving it. Can't say that he could any long-distance IMG_20220709_110357557_HDR.jpg IMG_20220709_110344771_HDR.jpg IMG_20220709_110328381_HDR.jpg rides in comfort.

I'm going to see Fri and Sat. how my roadster is for about 140 mi each day

  24. To get comfort in a t bucket all you gotta do is have the floor even with the bottom rail, and a pair of footboxes(with proper pedal angles). Center steering. Single seat (you want a ride, build your own). Every one I've ever built had those four elements. Sat in it, not on it. Hell, even slept in a couple of them on long distance runs.

The Zipper seating is between the rails and cowl steering leaves plenty of foot room

I can't recall one bucket built in that manner in the time frame, pre 64, this forum dictates

Don't forget the track roadsters. Look at Marty Strode's recreation of the Spaulding roadster. It and the original fit that description to a, shall I say it? To a T!
